1. Return and Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and manuals.
Requests made after 30 days may not qualify for return or exchange.
2. Inspection and Eligibility
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.
If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description, YQSS-HELMET will issue a refund or provide an exchange.
3. Shipping and Handling Fees
For defective or incorrect items, YQSS-HELMET covers the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, style/color preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
No extra handling fees are applied beyond the shipping cost.
4. Return Shipping
Returns caused by product defects or shipping errors are fully covered by YQSS-HELMET.
For other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Using a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery and timely refund processing.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be processed within approximately 7 days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
7. Exchange Policy
YQSS-HELMET accepts exchange requests.
Replacement items are shipped after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Any difference in price between the returned and replacement item will be adjusted accordingly.
We recommend confirming the availability of replacement items before initiating an exchange to avoid delays.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
No additional fees are charged for defective or damaged items.
9. Return Shipping and Risk
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Keep the shipping receipt or tracking number for reference.
YQSS-HELMET is not responsible for items lost in transit if a non-trackable shipping method is used.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any re-shipment costs.
