YQSS-HELMET is dedicated to delivering all orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, and how we handle shipping-related questions, helping you stay informed throughout the delivery process.
Order Processing Time
Orders generally take 1–3 business days to process after payment confirmation. During this time, we verify your order details, prepare items for shipment, and coordinate carrier pickup. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
Currently, YQSS-HELMET ships to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is not available unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
After shipment, most orders are delivered within 13–15 business days. Delivery may vary depending on carrier schedules, distance, weather, or other factors outside our control. Tracking information is provided for you to monitor your order status.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping fees are structured as follows:

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For any shipments requiring customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. YQSS-HELMET does not collect or pay these fees. Customers are advised to review local import rules before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, an email with the carrier and tracking number will be sent. You can track delivery directly on the carrier’s website. If tracking appears delayed or unavailable, contact our customer support team for assistance.
Packaging and Handling
Items are packaged using protective materials appropriate for their size and fragility to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact YQSS-HELMET promptly with your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. For address changes after an order is placed, contact us immediately. While we will attempt to update shipment details before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped. Delivery instructions should be added during checkout when supported.
Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
YQSS-HELMET is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. We will provide updates and support to help track your order.
Privacy and Data Handling
During shipping and delivery, order-related information may be collected for processing and tracking purposes. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely to complete the transaction and ensure accurate delivery.
